The Platform admin can create field type Table. There are two types of tables such as Custom table and System table.
Admin user can create custom tables, reuse custom tables.
This page displays the overview of the Custom table created by platform admin. The Table list comprises of Custom table name, Translations, Usages, Type, Created By, Created On, Modified By and Modified On Fields.
- Custom table name - This is the name given by user while creating custom table.
- Translations - This field shows the status of multi-linguality for the custom table.
- Usages - This Usage field shows the number of times the table is used in the document collections.
- Type - This field shows the Type of custom table for e.g Single Layer or MultiLayer
- Created By - This Field shows name who created the custom table.
- Created On - This Field shows Date and time of creation of custom table
- Modified By - This field shows the name of the user who has updated or modified the custom table, if no modifictaion is done after its creation, field will be empty.
- Modified On - This field shows the date and time when user has updated or modified the custom table, if no modifictaion is done after its creation, field will be empty.
Admin user can view system tables, but system tables can not be deleted. However, some system table values can be disabled or renamed.

Sort
A Sort icon is present against every field which allows a user to sort and display the data in either ascending or descending or in a default order.
Total
Total Field shows the number of table are available in the Tables overview page.
Search
Search Field is available to search any particular table in the overview page.
