Decos has developed the fully cloud-based JOIN Case Types that focuses on the simple, fast and complete recording of case types. JOIN Case Types is in line with the standard recently published by KING: Gemma ZTC 2.0. This extensive information model is also perfectly applicable within other government domains such as water boards and safety regions. ¶ Relationship with case system (JOIN Case & Document)
JOIN Case Types is seamlessly integrated with decos’ case system. By publishing the configured case type, it becomes available in the case system. Based on the case type, all parts of the case system are automatically updated without the intervention of a functional manager. Think of the case collection, the input screens, documents, treatment process and access rights. The functional management of the case system is limited to managing the users, templates and reports. ¶ Cloud application
More and more applications are based on cloud technology, but what does that mean for you as a user of JOIN Case Types? First of all, you can access zaaktypen.nl anywhere, anytime! Zaaktypen.nl uses Microsoft Azure technology. Together with the Cloud services of Google and Amazon, Azure is known for its reliability and high quality. The (technical) management of zaaktypen.nl is arranged centrally, allowing you to spend your time managing your case types. Every customer of JOIN Zaaktypen uses the same website. This ensures that you always use the most recent (and reliable) version of the software and that you can easily share information with other users of JOIN Case Types. Of course we ensure that your information is properly secured. You decide which information about case types you want to share and which information you don’t. You can rest assured that your data will never be made available to other users without your consent.
¶ Information model
JOIN Zaaktypen is based on the ZTC 2.1 information model, which was released by KING (Quality Institute of Dutch Municipalities) at the beginning of 2013. ZTC stands for “case type catalogue” and is simply intended as a tool to describe the handling of cases (in the case system). So it is actually a model where organizations can record their process descriptions (as case types). ZTC 2.1 is an information model, where all parts (also called objects and attributes) of a case type are included, such as deadlines, documents and decisions. But also for a case type, the steps of the treatment process (statuses) and its outcomes (the results) are recorded. In addition to the information model of ZTC 2.1, zaaktypen.nl uses an addition to this information model. For example, a case type in zaaktypen.nl is supplemented with authorizations (access rights) for the case system (which user groups are allowed to create, edit, delete things, etc.)
