Various applications are linked to JOIN Scheduling for consulting agendas and meeting documents. These applications all use the OData interface to retrieve data.
A interface with JOIN Agenderen is also available for the RIS / BIS of GemeenteOplossingen. Through this interface, agendas and meeting documents are delivered to GemeenteOplossingen for use in the administrative information system and also in the council information system. Agendas that are offered to GemeenteOplossingen are immediately available in the meeting system and (for the RIS) directly available on the website. This data can also be used within the applications of GemeenteOplossingen for digital meetings with the GO apps.
In addition to Agendas, GemeenteOplossingen also connects to JOIN Zaak & amp; Document, making it possible to write documents back to the meeting file. With this interface it is also possible to change meeting data or documents from the applications of GemeenteOplossingen. For this functionality, GemeenteOplossingen uses the CMIS interface of JOIN Z & amp; D.
iBabs from MSI Communication has a link with JOIN Scheduling for retrieving agendas and meeting documents. These agendas can be further processed, supplemented and adapted within iBabs to be used within the digital meeting environment of iBabs. This interface is in use by various organizations.
Meeting is the iOS app that Decos has developed to consult agendas and meeting documents online and offline on an iPad. This app is available for free from the Appstore and is described in detail here.
To connect one or more of these applications to JOIN Scheduling, you need a license for the OData interface. If you have this license, the connection on the JOIN Scheduling side is only a matter of configuration. Of course, conditions may also apply to the supplier of the meeting application that is involved. For the actual connection, Decos must exchange a number of data (passwords and URLs) with the relevant supplier, after which the interface is operational. Decos offers the same interface in both the production environment and in the test environment (and will therefore set up the interface twice). However, not all suppliers offer a test environment for their application as standard.
In addition to the license for the OData interface, nothing is needed to connect the Meeting app. However, if you want to use the app, you must indicate this to Decos, because the interface is not set up for this by default. From a security point of view, as few interfaces as possible are turned on by default - only those interfaces that you actually want to use.
