The interface Basic data is an interface based on the StUF-BG standard for requesting basic data from authentic sources such as the GBA or the GBA-V.
Currently, two versions of the standard are supported:
2.04
When the map is set to this version, the following entities are supported:
3.10
When the map is set to this version, the following entities are supported:
The interface offers various functions that ensure the retrieval, tracking and updating of basic data.
The most important main function is the possibility to request data from the linked source. From the address interface in a case or document registration, it is possible to search directly in the source by means of available search filters. From the search result, 1 or more results can then be linked to the registration. Different search filters are available depending on the type of source registration.
When a person or organization is linked to a case or document, a message is automatically sent to the linked source to place a so-called tracking indication. Indicates that JOIN wants to track the person or organization. When the linked data in the source changes, this actively sends a notification to JOIN.
When tracking, the handling status of the linked case or document is taken into account. When a case or document is being handled, a message is sent to the source to remove the tracking indication.
If a person or organization is tracked, the source will send notifications to JOIN as soon as data changes. For example in the event of a move or death. The interface receives these notifications and checks whether they contain changed data relevant to JOIN. If the information in the notification is not complete enough, the interface will send a new query in order to obtain sufficient information to process the change.
Applications from different suppliers can be linked by means of the StUF-BG beating surface. Despite the fact that a standard is used, there are still differences between the final operation of the interface with these applications.
With Key2DDS you can connect in both 2.04 and 3.10. The national survey is done through a separate service called Key2GBA-V.
With Makelaar Suite can be linked in 2.04 as 3.10. The national survey takes place through adapted ‘integrated search queries’ and a special service for placing tracking indications.
The Vicrea data warehouse can be queried using 2.04 as 3.10 messages. No different services need to be used for the national survey.
In addition to the applications mentioned above, other sources can also be linked via the StUF-BG interface.
