My Government is the personal website of citizens for government affairs. Via MyGovernment they can, for example, receive a reminder when their passport is about to expire, check how they are registered with their municipality or follow the status of a logging permit. More than a million Dutch people already use MijnOverheid.
Items are recorded in the JOIN business warehouse. These items may have been placed in the business warehouse through various channels. Based on the case type of a case, the handling of a case starts in JOIN, or the exchange with a case in the Back Office application. Depending on the design of this case type, a case is handled in JOIN or in the Back Office.
The aim is to have all items available in the business warehouse correctly and up-to-date. If this is the case, data can be made available to the recipients of this data. This document specifically discusses the possibility of sending current cases to MijnOverheid.nl.
Case information can be actively communicated from a Case to MijnOverheid.nl. There are two ways to achieve this. The customer will have to make a choice in the way in which the link is set up within Zaaktypen.nl. This choice must be communicated to the Technical Consultant through this FO. The way that is not chosen will be deleted from this FO, so that there will be no ambiguity about the functional but also the technical design.
As soon as a case is started, a message will be sent to MijnOverheid.nl to notify that this case has been started. After that, all changes to this case will also be forwarded.
To send information to MijnOverheid.nl you need a Digikoppeling. This is not supplied by Decos. Decos delivers the outgoing messages to Current Affairs, in the correct format as MijnOverheid.nl wants to receive. The Digikoppeling must ensure that the messages are delivered correctly.
There are two ways to set up the link with MijnOverheid Current Affairs. It is important that a choice is made in one of two ways.
Organization in Zaaktypen.nl on the basis of Confidentiality indication
When the link is set up based on the Confidentiality field, every case of every case type will be sent to MijnOverheid.nl when the Confidentiality indication field in the case type is filled with the value Public or Limited public.
When a different value is entered in this field, or when the field is left empty, cases of this case type will be ignored by the link.
Organization in Zaaktypen.nl based on an External application
If the link is set up on the basis of the External application, every case of any case type that is linked to the External Application MOLZ will be sent to MijnOverheid.nl regardless of the value in the Confidentiality indication field.
MOLZ will always be the only customer.
Three case types will be set up in the above manner for the test. Indicate which case types these will be

If you want to provide more information to citizens about current affairs, you must use a personal internet page. Decos provides this service, showing not only the status of the case, but also the responsible department and associated documents. The purchase of the personal internet page of Decos is optional.
It is possible to include a reference to the specific case in the PIP in the message. This reference can be used provided that the case number - which is included therein - does not contain any forward slashes (/).
The coupling can of course be tested. A pre-production environment is available from Logius. Test BSNs are also issued from Logius. The third party that takes care of the connection with MijnOverheid.nl will also take care of these preparations. The condition for testing the coupling is that these preparations have been made.
The test plan is short and will therefore be included as standard with this FO.

MijnOverheid is the personal website of citizens for government affairs. More than a million Dutch people already use MijnOverheid. They can also sign up for BerichtenBox here, where they can receive messages from government organizations.
In this case, the messages that end up in the Message Box are sent from JOIN. These messages are sent in PDF format and are no larger than 250 kb.
The link with BerichtenBox can be realized if the following conditions are met:
Files in JOIN can be sent directly to MijnOverheid BerichtenBox with this link. When it is indicated in a document registration that the desired shipment is digital (see device under 2.1) and one or more addresses have been linked, a message is sent to the BerichtenBox containing the files linked to the registration when the document registration has been completed (PROCESSED = J). The message is delivered in BerichtenBox with the accompanying text that has been drawn up by the municipality in the BerichtenBox management environment, if the following conditions are met:
If these conditions are not met, the message is not delivered and the document sending method is changed to Other. The originator of the document - or someone else if so arranged - will still have to send the document in a different way.
When these conditions are met, the method of sending the document is changed to Message box. The originator of the message does not have to do anything else.
When we are dealing with a registration to which several persons are linked and of which not all linked persons have a BerichtenBox account, a copy of the registration is made. In the original registration, the person (s) is / are linked who do have a Berichtenbox account; in this registration the method of sending has been changed to Message box. Naturally, the rest of the conditions must also be met. The copy contains the person (s) linked who do not have a BerichtenBox account; in this registration, the sending method has been changed to Other and the document will still have to be sent in a different way.
You need a Digikoppeling to send information to MijnOverheid BerichtenBox. This is not supplied by Decos. Decos delivers the outgoing messages to Message Box, in the correct format as MijnOverheid.nl wants to receive. The Digikoppeling must ensure that the messages are delivered correctly.
In the item profile used for outgoing documents, a number of fields are added for the link:

If the sent document does not end up in Message Box, there are several options for receiving an alert on these documents:
Via an overview that filters on shipping status otherwise
Via a workflow that sends documents with the transmission status different to the originator of the document / another user
Which files do we send to MessagesBox?
In the link it is possible to set that only linked PDF files are sent to Message Box. This setting ensures that we do not convert documents to PDF ourselves, but that we only send the existing PDF files. This is useful, for example, when working in combination with a document workflow that already does a PDF conversion itself.
When in the document registration the field Send to BerichtenBox is checked and the document registration is completed, the linked files are converted to PDF and offered to BerichtenBox. When the files meet the conditions, they are placed in the Message Box and the sending method is changed to Message Box.
If the files do not meet the requirements, or the recipient does not have a MessageBox account, the message will not be delivered and the sending method will be changed to Other. The shipment will then have to be carried out in a different way.

When the files meet the conditions, they are placed in the Message Box and the sending method is changed to Message Box.
