DSO stands for Digital System Environment Act. DSO is part of the new environmental law that will be introduced in 2022 with a delay. The new online environmental counter is the central place where citizens and businesses can submit environmental permits. The license applications are received via DSO-STAM (Standard Applications and Notifications) and can be processed into a case in JOIN Case & Document.
For more information about DSO-STAM, please refer to https://aandeslagmetdeomELIJKwet.nl/digitaal-ysteem/aansluiten/standaarden/stam-imam/
How does it work?
To use the interface DSO-STAM, you must have a valid DSO license from Decos. For questions about this and the costs, please contact your regular commercial contact person at Decos.
Do you have a license? Then we connect your case system to our central DSO message service. This messaging service runs on our new Decos cloud platform and ensures that requests from the Online Environment Desk are processed to your business system.
The correct request is retrieved on the basis of the request number provided in the request notification (which the environment counter sends to the DSO Service). This is done through the “get request” service. The retrieved request contains the submitted questions and answers in the permit application or notification, and download links for the documents provided by the initiator.
The questions and answers submitted in the permit application or notification are presented as an XML file. The accompanying documents can be retrieved via download links.
In JOIN Case & Document a new case is created in the case system, including the specific characteristics of the case, the link with the correct case type and the processing of the case application documents. The JOIN RestAPI is used for processing.
