¶ Descriptions
¶ JOIN Eforms
The actions with comment “Eforms” are linked to a future update of Eforms and cannot be used yet. You will be informed about this separately.
¶ Update JOIN Decision Making
A major update of JOIN Case & Document will take place in mid-December. A new version of JOIN Case Types will also be released along with this update. This release will include a number of important improvements to JOIN Decision-making, including:
- the proposal including attachments is locked for all users between submission and decision making. In addition, we say goodbye to checking out files
- it will be possible to configure a secretariat and decision-maker per decision-making document type (for example for the municipal council!)
- it will be possible to set for each document type to skip the approval phase
- various improvements in the emails that are sent around the consultation round and other improvements for user-friendliness.
