The JOIN WOO Portal is the place where active and passive disclosure under the Open Government Act (WOO) comes together. The WOO Portal provides direct access to information from JOIN Case & Document, without the intervention of complex integration solutions. You only need 1 location where your public information is stored.
On this page you can read how to configure the WOO Portal.
To be able to use the JOIN WOO Portal, you must have a valid license from the WOO Portal. You can contact your Decos or Doclogic Account Manager for this.
In order to be able to use the JOIN WOO Portal, your JOIN Case & Document environment must meet the following requirements:
You can use the WOO Portal in combination with both JOIN Case Types (the official case system of Decos) and your own setup based on file and document collections. If you use the DMS/RMA of JOIN Case & Document, this is no problem at all.
We need to add below outbound IP-addresses from burgerberichten.nl in IP-whitelist in AKS or on-premise environment:

On the side of JOIN Case & Document, you need to set up a number of configurations in the “Connectivity” section:
System
In the “Connectivity–>System” section, the WOO Portal is configured as an integration system. This configuration is done by a technical consultant from Decos.
The system configuration is necessary to be able to configure the correct connection in JOIN Citizen Messages.
Entities
It is possible to use entity definitions for the mapping of WOO attributes on the WOO Portal with the data from the item profiles of JOIN Case & Document. This functionality is used in combination with the “use connect mappings” setting that you need to activate on the Citizen Messages side.
In JOIN Admin (or in JOIN Case Types) you set up the collections that you want to make accessible to the JOIN WOO Portal.
Make sure that you set up the correct fields that can be used for:
The configuration of the WOO Portal is largely done in the management environment of JOIN Burgerberichten. You can access this environment via this URL citizen messages management environment.
If you do not yet have access to this environment, you can request access by means of a request to Decos Support. You can create a ticket with the support team via the following link: Create a ticket with Decos Support
