¶ Login JOIN Admin
When starting JOIN Admin you must log in with a username and password.
¶ Sign Up

Enter your username and password.

Then click Login or press the Enter key. You will enter the main JOIN Admin window.

If desired, you can place a check in front of “Remember data”. If you want to use JOIN Admin next time, you will receive a drop-down list when you enter the first letters of your username. Select the correct username using the arrows on the keyboard and press Enter.
Note: JOIN Admin may give an error: Invalid username or password. Then check your username or retype your password. Make sure the Caps Lock key is not on. The use of uppercase or lowercase letters is important for the password.
¶ Application structure
Navigation is displayed on the left side of JOIN Admin. Here you will find the main folders of the application. Next to it is the Center; this is the part of the application where you will find the functions you need to work in the application. In the Navigation you select the correct task and the different options. The other actions are carried out from the Center.
¶ The Navigation
In JOIN Admin you will see Navigation on the left. This is the starting point for all actions in the application. The Navigation consists of folders. Each folder contains sub folders that you can view by clicking on it. The content will then be displayed in the Center. At the top right of the Navigation is an arrow button. By clicking this button you can make the Navigation visible or hide it temporarily.
¶ The Center
As soon as you click on a subfolder in Navigation, a detailed view of the relevant subfolder will appear in the Center. Most of the work in JOIN Admin is done in the Center. By the way, once you have logged in to the application, you can also click on one of the hyperlinks or shortcuts in the Center to go directly to the correct place in the application.
¶ Icons and toolbar
Language logos (the “country flags”) are displayed at the top right of the Center. By clicking on one of these logos, the application will be displayed in the chosen language. If you have fewer languages, your system administrator can adjust this. The round logo with a question mark gives you the help function of JOIN Admin. There is a toolbar above the Center and its operation is described elsewhere in this manual. From every page in the application, a hyperlink “Logout” is displayed on the right of this toolbar.
