With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact, an adjustment has been made for the search period in the various search screens in JOIN Customer Contact
¶ Period
Two adjustments have been made to the date dropdown in the search screen:
Yesterday
When choosing yesterday, ONLY yesterday is selected as the date selection.
Yesterday and today
When choosing yesterday and today, both yesterday and today are selected as the date selection.
In previous versions of JOIN Customer Contact, choosing yesterday selected both today and yesterday as the date selection. These options have now been disconnected and renamed to prevent confusion.
¶ Configuration
The new option for Yesterday and Today has also been added in the JKC admin under the Default date search option.
This default date search option is available within the Integration settings for:
- Contact history (Decos JKC)
- Tasks (Decos JKC)
- Ticket (Decos JKC)
