The moment a user opened one or more tasks or emails, green binoculars would appear in front of all open items in the list of emails until the user ended or ignored a session.
We now only show the last opened item of the user (Abe Batens) himself:

It was also possible to see the opened items of colleagues. These were displayed with orange binoculars.
Here too we have made an adjustment: we now only show the last opened item of a colleague.
