With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact, a number of improvements are being implemented with regard to the keywords on the theme pages.
The improvements are:
- The maximum number of allowed keywords has been increased to 100
- A message is displayed when the maximum number of keywords has been reached
- The keywords are displayed in alphabetical order after saving
ΒΆ Keywords
When creating and/or editing a theme page, a maximum of 100 keywords can now be added to the theme page.
When 100 keywords have been added, the message Maximum number of keywords reached will be displayed. After reaching the maximum number of keywords, it is no longer possible to add keywords.
It is still possible to remove keywords.
After saving the theme page, the keywords will be saved in alphabetical order.
The keywords will be displayed in alphabetical order when the editing screen is reopened.
