When configuring Tickets, it was previously only possible to make this choice for Person OR Organization for the Customer type. This meant that a separate Ticket had to be created for a Person or Organization.
Now it is possible to make the choice for Person AND Organization at Type, so that no separate Tickets for Persons or Organizations have to be made.
This configuration can be found at the following location in Customer Contact Management:
Integration settings > Ticket (Decos JKC) > Configuration > "Ticket"
The type can be adjusted per Ticket configuration
Then, for the Type of Customer, you can choose Person And Organization
The drop-down menu next to the choice for Person and Organization can indicate which option should be selected by default when opening the Ticket.
When a Ticket is opened from a Person or Organization, the type will automatically adjust to the relevant option
