With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact it will be possible to disconnect persons or organizations that are wrongly or accidentally linked to a contact history from a contact history.
By default this functionality is not activated. Click here for the configuration in the JKC admin
It is possible that multiple persons are opened during a contact moment.
These are shown in the Relations in the Contact Session Notes and can also be disconnected here (if necessary).
However, if the contact history is saved without disconnecting the person or persons, the contact history will be linked to the persons in relations.
This can cause a contact history to be incorrectly shown for a person.
The person or persons can now be disconnected again by Editing the contact history.
Being able to edit a contact history depends on the user’s rights.
In the edit screen of the contact history, scroll all the way down to see the linked persons or organizations in the contact history.
The person or organization is now no longer linked to the contact history.
To use this functionality, Allow unlinking of relationships in contact history must be enabled in the JKC admin.
This option can be found in the following location in the JKC admin:
Integration settings > Contact history (Decos JKC) > Allow disconnecting of relationships in contact history
