For Tickets it is now also possible to allow the Manual entry of an Organization or Person.
In this way, a Ticket can be created for a Person or Organization without the Ticket being linked to a customer card.
If the Manual entry option is not activated, a Press
oon or Organization be searched or a new registration must be created for the Person or Organization.
The option to activate the manual mailbox entry can be found at the following location:
Integration settings > Tickets (Decos JKC) > Allow manual entry of customer
Allow manual entry of a customer is turned off by default.
