Met versie 2025.5 van JOIN Klantcontact wordt het mogelijk om gerichter te zoeken in de Contactgeschiedenis.
With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact it becomes possible to search more specifically in the Contact History.
In the search screen for the contact history, all available options for which a contact history can be created are now shown for the channel.
The following options are available:
By default, the channel All is selected.

By selecting channel Callback note, a more targeted search can be made for only the completed callback notes.
