With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact, the e-mail field in a call-back note can be made a mandatory field.
By default, this functionality is not activated. Click here for the configuration in the JKC admin
Wwhen the email field is made a mandatory field, the email address must also be added when creating the callback note.
This functionality can be used when it is also relevant to register the email address when creating a callback note.
To be able to use this functionality, the email address must be made mandatory in Configure Contact Session Notes
This option can be found in the following location in the JKC admin:
Application settings > General settings > Contact session Notes configuration > Tasks
Press SAVE to save the changes.
