The e-mail is displayed in the detail screen of the E-mail.
From this screen the user can select the following options:

- Click on the email for associated data
- Link email to a existing person or organization
- Reply, with email templates
- Forward
- Assign E-mail
- Link e-mail to existing case or ticket or document
- Register as a new case or document
- New ticket for your specific Type
- Archive
- Remove
- Add Assigment
