When the user opens JOIN Customer Contact, the user starts on the Dashboard.
When a session takes place and is closed, the End User always ends in Dashboard.

The user can search directly in all linked sources via the search bar at the top.
Or add a new part, including a Callback note, this is visible via the + button.
Via the left side, the user can use the following components if the Organization has purchased them.
In the center, the user will see Notes, Important items and this week’s Workload, Popular, News, Links, Theme Pages, and Birthdays.
In the Important items is it for the user possible to arrange what is important for himself.
In the workfload, the end user can consult the contact moments:
In Popular the most consulted Products, FAQ’s or Theme pages are shown.
In News the RSS feeds that have been set up appear.
Birthdays this week Birthdays are taken from the active directory. Shortcuts Shortcuts can contain references to other road pages
In Links is it possible to add important links for the users
The important Theme pages that are shown on the dashboard.
