By completing this screen you can record the contact history with a person / customer and end a customer session.

In this screen you have the follow options:
- Edit
- Mark as never delete (if you never want to delete this item when you want to delete in Bulk)
- Delete
- Edit
- Add Suggest an improvement
- Add new note
- Link
- Unlink
- Add to Outbox
