Via the the user can search directly for a case, by typing in a number or hit.
A new case can be created in different ways, but on the dashboard there is the possibility to start a case directly via the drop-down list (Action Menu):
By first looking up the person or organization and Product, a case is automatically filled with the previously searched data.
At “select from” you can choose from Anonymous or Search.
Complete the Case with a description and choose the correct Case type at “Search case type” After saving, the created case will automatically be opened, when the checkmark is checked at “Open in source after creation”.
