The management of the Mailboxes and Tags callback note will be slightly adjusted with this update. With this update it will no longer be possible to remove Callback Note Mailboxes and Tags.
Instead, the mailboxes and tags can now be deactivated (and of course reactivated).
This functionality has been modified for two reasons:
The option to deactivate or reactivate a callback note mailbox can be found at the following location:Application settings > General settings > Callback note mailbox configuration
With the help of the check mark behind the relevant mailbox, a mailbox can be deactivated (no check mark) or set back to active (a check mark).
To set a mailbox to active or inactive, the edit action (the pen) must first be selected.
The moment a Mailbox callback note is inactive, it is no longer shown in the drop-down menu where the choice can be made for a mailbox.
Departments
Departments that are configured and stored with the Mailbox Callback Note are now also stored with the registrations that are created for this mailbox. The moment a department is adjusted, this will not affect the registrations that have already been stored.
In the example below, a Callback Note Export where the above callback note was created when the department was still the Energy Directorate. The bottom callback note was created when the department was changed to Group Council.
Both departments are still visible in the reporting data so that it is still possible to see for which departments (in the past) callback notes have been made if reorganizations or shifts take place.

With the help of the check mark behind the tag, a tag can be deactivated (no check mark) or set back to active (but a check mark).
To set a tag to active or inactive, the edit action (the pen) must first be selected.
When deactivating Tags, keep in mind that Suggestions that use these Tags will no longer appear automatically.
When a Tag is inactive, it will no longer be displayed in the drop-down menu in the Contact Session Notes and the tag will no longer be automatically selected based on the configured keywords.
