With version 2025.5 of JOIN Customer Contact, the department of employees can also be shown in the dropdown menu that is shown in the employee selection.
By default, this functionality is not activated. Click here for the configuration in the JKC admin
When selecting an employee while creating a callback note, the employee’s department can now also be shown. This way, a user can immediately see which department the employee belongs to without first having to open the employee page.
This option is also useful when there are employees with identical names. By showing the department, the callback note can be assigned to the correct colleague.
The department is also shown in all other places (such as the Search Tasks screen) where employees can be selected.
The department is not shown with employees in the Management Console.
To use this functionality, Show department with the practitioner must be enabled in the JKC admin.
