A ticket can be added by selecting the ticket option from the blue creation dropdown menu.
The name (in this case Klantvraag) for tickets is set in Cloudadmin > Integration Settings > Ticket (Decos JKC) > Title text.
If multiple tickets are configured, a select screen appears where the relevant ticket can be selected.
The tickets can be configured in Cloudadmin > Integration Settings > Ticket (Decos JKC) > Configuration.
Which fields appear in the creation screen is depended on the configuration of the ticket.
