The assignment option can be uses when you want to assign a specific task to a handler or colleague.
An assignment can be added by selecting Assignment from the blue creation dropdown menu.
After clicking on Assignment, the Add Assignment creation screen appears.
Handler type
Here you can select the type of handler that needs to receive the assignment.
You can choose between: Employee, Department, Mailbox.
Departments are fetched for the Active Directory.
Mailboxes are configures in Cloudadmin.
Handler
The relevant handler can be searched in the Type to find a handler search bar.
Priority
You can select the priority Low, Medium or High.
Confidential
The assignment will only be visible for the user who made the assignment(the creator) and the handler(s) who the assignment gets assigned to, if this checkmark is enabled.
Relations
All the searches during the session are displayed here, they are automatically checked, but you can uncheck them manually.
If an assignment is created while an e-mail is open in JKC, the e-mail is linked to the assignment.
This functionality can thus be used to assign an e-mail as an assignment to a handler.

This is a required field.
The assignment can then be created by clicking on Save.
After clicking on Save, an e-mail gets send to the Employee, Department or Mailbox.
The assignment will also appear as Task in the Tasks list.
