The moment that 'Wallboard' is clicked from the Management Console, a user is given the option to configure one or more Wallboards or to view a created Wallboard:
When a user clicks on 'Configure Wallboard', a standard Wallboard appears:

It is then possible to create multiple Wallboards if insight is needed for different local groups, departments or roles. Creating a new Wallboard can be done from the list view of the configured Wallboard(s):
If it is desirable to show the same information, but for multiple local groups or roles, for example, then it is useful to make a copy of another Wallboard and adjust the 'filter on' field in the copy. Of course it is also possible to make a completely new Wallboard.
As soon as a user starts configuring a new Wallboard (or starts working from a copy), it is also possible to move the web parts:
Once one or more Wallboards have been configured, they can be viewed via 'Live Wallboard':
By default, the Wallboard is shown that is at the top of the Wallboards list. In the Live Wallboard it is possible to select another Wallboard:
Once selected, the web parts configured for that Wallboard will appear:
