Via the three dots on the Fixi home screen you can give ‘Feedback on Fixi’. Here you as a resident can leave feedback about the use of the Fixi app.
For feedback on the handling of a report, it is best to contact us via the Fixi report (by responding) or via the telephone number of the municipality.

After completing the notification, there will be a confirmation of receipt. At that moment a ticket is created in the Support portal of Decos. Decos is the company behind Fixi. You will be kept informed via the e-mail address ‘customersupport@decos.com’.
