When a Ticket has been completed (status Closed) we now show the message that the Ticket has already been processed when the Ticket is opened from the (deep) link in the e-mail.
The name given to the Tickets (as customer question below) will be shown in the notification.
After closing this message (by clicking Ok), the handler enters the detail screen of the Ticket. In this way, the handler can see what a colleague has done with this Ticket and with which answer the Ticket has been handled.
We only show the completed notification when the Ticket is opened via the (deep) link in the e-mail. Not when the Ticket is opened directly in JKC.
