Library Configuration allows admin to create Profiles of different object type, such as Document, Dossier, Person, Organization, and Representative. Profile can contains different fields which are required in the collections. Profiles are limited to elementary data, but not the field properties, which are configured in the collections side where they are linked.
Each of the profiles can be linked to multiple collections of their object type.
Custom Profile is a collection of fields which are required for the Custom collections and custom smart fields in which the profile is linked.
